"Expedia overcharged me almost $400.00. I did not receive the room I paid for. When I called Expedia, they did not care about their dishonesty and games. They offered some Expedia points for future travel. I will be traveling again and will stay at this hotel—the people where great who worked in the Lobby. When I asked about the charges, they said they couldn't see what Expedia had charged me. Expedia is a dishonest company. I feel like they took advantage of me.
