"I had injured my foot in Rome, and arrived at the Sheraton in a wheelchair. Staff at the hotel were so helpful. I am grateful.

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"The parking was plentiful, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had a porter help us with our luggage and she explained in great detail what the resort had to offer. The cassino was clean and the restaurant we had dinner in was awesome. Our room was excellent, and clean. I would definitely go there again."

"So convenient and the free shuttle to and from the airport was so efficient. Adam at check in was wonderful and our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The food in the lobby bar was excellent and flying in a day ahead and staying here overnight to catch a plane out the next day was a relaxing and super convenient experience. Would definitely stay here again. "
