"Staff on arrival or during stay were very helpful and related well with guests. A spacious, clean room, easy parking and well positioned. The Bistro, Sports Bar and restaurant were close by with plenty of choices. Noisey in the evening as it is very popular with locals and tourist alike. Worth booking a table for meals to avoid inconvenience."

"We had a pleasant time in Mercure Hunter valley . It is very close to Hunter valley gardens, and village. Excellent location walking distance to places to eat and enjoy coffee etc. Our room had a great view towards the lake and vineyard. Easy parking spot right in front of room area."

Breakfast (included) wasplentiful with good choices for everyone. Othe resort facilities are very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is an excellent value for money resort."
