"The hotel should not be called a hotel but an institution where you just want to get out the minute you arrive. Unfriendly staff everywhere, the only nice person was the guy operating the gate. Terrible food, a cold buffet with food that looks like leftovers. Smelly rooms and corridors. I had to sleep with my clothes on. "It's very remote, only reachable by car, yet a parking fee of 6€ per day is collected. They are not prepared for people with allergies or intolerances. So be prepared to bring your own food. I woould suggest to the owners to provide some kind of shuttle service to train or bus station or downtown Ahlbeck. Also a water kettle to prepare tea was missing as well as an option to lock the door from inside."
