"They are renting closets here. Smallest room I’ve ever seen. There is no hotel staff, the bartender doubles as the front desk clerk. Would not stay here again."

Don't expect straight walls and stairs - they are not included in a place with this much history and charm! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Well lit parking. Minutes from Heathrow. "Great pub, handy located, great service, parking on the street close by very affordable as long as you are away with the car during the day (paid is 0800 till 20:00) so if you come in after 19:00 and leave around 0900 you pay 2 pound for the parking"

"The Owners and staff were lovely, Lynn was so helpful and went out of her way. Lynn, Ruby and the handsome Joe was a delight to talk to. Very welcoming and up for a chat, great company when feeling lonely or just want to socialize. The bedroom felt relaxing and the curtians were great at keeping out the cold. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The place is within a walking distance from the train station about a minute at most. Food is not allowed in the bedrooms just as a heads up and...
