"I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number. "A pleasant and affordable place in Picton. Ideal if you’re staying for half a week or so. There was free breakfast foods available and a nice outdoor balcony and an indoor area with a TV. Rooms are very tidy. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were pleasant. Staff are attentive and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again."
