Had to wait one hour before the room was ready, also didn't get the room I booked. The TV was not accomodating...it would turn off and on by itself dnd the volume would not adjust. The toilet had a black ring in the bowl, the tub was dingy, bed covers worn and tattered. I always travel with bleach cleaning spray and lysol and I'm glad I did. Just not a fancy place, just average. I guess you got rhat you pay for.

The first room didn't have Air conditioning or working remote for the TV, the receptionist put us in a great room, quiet and comfortable and easily accessible to the elevator.

The room was clean but the hallway had an odor, an odd stench to it. The bed was LOW! I’m disabled and getting up from an excessively low bed is hard. The desk staff was nice and helpful.

Overall, a nice amd clean place to stay for an extended time. Obtaining cleans towels was a challenge as we were not advised about an exchange system. Additionally, when needing towels, we were told they they were being laundered and to check back later. The TV operated on satellite and did not work during our stay. Another note, rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks. So, if you are an athlete needing lots of towels and bedding changed frequently, this may not be for you.

A safe haven in the sea of hotels. I’m very pleased with my stay. The rooms are inviting, with tile floors that are great for people with allergies, a peaceful environment and unique decor. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
