Room was clean staff was very courteous I miss breakfast because I didn't get up in time and breakfast is over at 9:00 probably should be over at 10:00 to give people a chance to get up and get their stuff together but other than that the state was really great

The fridge in our initial room was broken so they moved us to a new room on a different floor. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable, neither one of us slept much. The hot tub did not have the keys working.

The room was indeed spotless. everything was amazing. There were a few things wrong with the room it didn’t bother us at all but for future guests.
