"Small room but all the essential amenities. Bed was comfortable which is my most important requirement. Not a chain, homey atmosphere, basic amenities, clean. Adequate. A smell of urine when opening the outer door of hallway. I’m assuming bc this is pet friendly. But our room did not smell. Could have used blackout curtains. Fast communication from host. Allowed late checkout to catch up on sleep!"

"Overall: A++ the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Took you back to the times of a quaint old hotel, felt like you were back in those times but updated with modern amenities. To speak of amenities, it had all those things you could forget. I was very impressed with the room. The bed was very comfortable, extremely clean, and so was the couch. Staff Positive: The evening staff was incredibly helpful, inviting and ready to answer any questions before we had them. Staff Negative: The morning staff was opposite - more of a let's get it done and move on. A few things to be aware of (outside their control mostly): - Noise! As it is across from the trains, it can be loud at night. - Rooms are quite "thin" walled, you can hear everything around you in the other rooms. - Above each room door there is a window that at night let's in all the hallway light - so if you need blacked out room, no go."
