"I’ve stayed in at least 10 hotels on this vacation and this was the absolute worst. The staff could care less about your concerns or requests. They require you to use fans because there’s no air-conditioning and open the windows, but then have parties on till three in the morning. I’m always courteous and asking for options and the stuff clearly could care less about anything you want to suggest. No upgrades no help moving bags no response to emails from Expedia. "These are Student Halls rented out as hotel rooms outside of term time, but are a great location close to the Royal Albert Hall. Rooms are basic but then so is the price."
