"Hotel is nice but starting to wear. Cleaning staff missed some important steps in cleaning our room. Overall, great location and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast team were very friendly and accommodating."

"Far too busy and noisy. I was offered an upgrade, as expected that was because something was wrong with the upgraded room I was offered - it was above the restaurant, and I could hear the extraction fans and air con whirring noisily. The room itself was OK. Pretty much a clone of the international hotel style. But nothing special. Parking (for my motorcycle) was in a publicly accessible multistorey next door. " The property was exceptional in every way. The accommodation was beautiful utilizing the light and views from every angle. The game drive, our last having left Etosha, was wonderful spotting a family of rhinos, zebra and giraffes.
Jacky at the front desk, and Fenni at the restaurant, always greeted us with a smile and wonderful service "

"My room was its own beautifully designed little house with an unobstructed view! It felt like I was the only one on the whole property whenever I was in it. The staff is incredible and I couldn’t believe how good the food was. Truly exceptional. It’s in the hills just outside Windhoek and is one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. I booked it for my first night in Namibia and was extremely annoyed that I hadn’t booked it for my last."

"Great location for the airport. The team were really friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable with a massive bed! The menu choice was excellent. It ticked all the boxes. I’ll definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Namibia "
