The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of town, right next door to the cathedral. A great launch site for exploring the city. We were able to park directly under the hotel which was very convenient as it was raining. The hotel is clean and tidy, but starting to show its age in places and probably due a refurbishment at some point. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

I have just spent 2 nights here. Staff were so very helpful and friendly. I arrived early and my case was stored until my room was ready. I was then given an upgrade much to my delight. Room was very spacious and had everything I could need including fridge and complimentary snacks. My room looked out onto the Cathedral. Hotel is well placed for sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay great in wonderful Winchester.

Staff were great! The room was clean. The location was great, right next to the cathedral, the high street, and walking along the river. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location in the centre of Winchester but very dated property and staff not so helpful. They wanted to charge £10 for early check in knowing that we only have an hour to wait before the actual check in. We won’t be returning.

Great location and clean tidy air conditioned room. Bathroom a little tired. Car parking on first come first served basis and painfully expensive. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
