"Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain....

"The upkeep of the property and the condition of the rooms have clearly gone down hill. Very difficult to sleep with the loud HVAC and refrigerator noises, plus the loud and obnoxious noise from the hallway from guests and staff well past midnight. I will not book here ever again."
