Guest rooms were well-maintained, demonstrating acceptable cleanliness and housekeeping quality. Staff interactions were professional and courteous, reflecting positively on service delivery. That said, the washroom facilities fall below modern comfort benchmarks. Upgrades are recommended, including the provision of essential personal care amenities such as shaving kits and improved fixture ergonomics. From a pricing perspective, the current rate of approximately USD 140 for a Queen Room appears misaligned with the existing amenity level and service scope. "Comfortable, large, clean room. Breakfast ok. The property is very dated and run down. Needs updating. Also people in room across from me loud until midnight and hall smelled like smoke. A smoke alarm battery went off at night and when I called front desk from my room, the connection was not good and the staff member couldn’t hear me. I had to go downstairs to tell her. It took about an hour for the beeping to stop. The next morning she said she had just taken it off the wall?! There are 2 other hotels in the immediate vicinity right near UB North campus. I’d stay at one of those instead. "

"Parking was easy, room was clean just small and couldn’t fit much in refrigerator. We stayed 4 days and no breakfast was included "

"The room was clean and spacious. There was a gas fireplace, which was a nice touch. We couldn't figure out how to work the heat but it was OK. The breakfast was decent. The staff were really nice. We brought our dog, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The one complaint I have is that the lobby smelled like cigarettes and the elevator and hallways smelled like rotten eggs. Otherwise, would definitely recommend."
