"It seemed overpriced. Almost $300 for one night, plus $100 deposit, for a pretty subpar experience. If you want to check out Queen Mary, go for it, do a tour, but it’s not really worth staying overnight. Several of the staff members were also quite rude- from check in, our tour guide, various staff we had contact with while walking around…For a one-time experience, I guess it was fine for the novelty of it, but I doubt we’ll be back."

"The rooms & bathroom were both very clean. The furniture looked new. Would stay here again. I liked the virtual check in & check out process it was quick and easy and the instructions were very thorough. the property does not have a parking lot i did get lucky with metered street parking right in front where you can add time using an app."

"We were drawn to this hotel largely because of its location based on reviews (near waterfront) and reviews on Expedia ('excellent'). We were very surprised by our experience. Our room was comfortable with a very small bathroom with little space for items, mirror over the toilet not over the sink. No view (the window in the room was shaded out with a little visibility at the back of an adjacent building). It is not near the waterfront. To get to the waterfront it's about a 15 minute walk. ...

"The hotel was beautiful. Rooms clean. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that the hotel supplied 1-ply toilet paper. After all the money spent for luxury stay, I would expect quality toilet paper… it’s not a difficult thing to fix .. please consider our booties , it deserve nice quality toilet paper"
