"I really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here at least six times in the last six years. It’s not the most welcoming of hotels on the facade, but it’s modern, clean, orderly, and they do their best to maintain it despite being right there on the unforgiving salt water. The staff has been great, helpful, friendly. The valets even remember my husband from previous visits. The restaurant is somewhat better than a lot of chain hotels’ food. The outdoor patio space is very attractive: comfortable, well-appointed, and able to accommodate many different groups and couples at once. And the price is generally VERY reasonable. It’s a good value."

"The room was clean and well maintained. We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had reserved a standard room with 2 Queen size beds. The beds had only one night stand between the two beds, which was not quite enough room for the misc. items. One of the beds was very close to the wall with only about 12 inches of room for one of the occupants. One of the teenagers left her much loved, special water bottle at the hotel. It was found a few days later and returned to her. We appreciate this additional effort by the staff to find it and call us. Thank you!"

"I was having a rough morning, flight cancelled and I needed a place to stay at 8 am. I tried 3 other hotels, all turned me away. This hotel told me they could get me something but I had to wait, so I sat and waiting for about an hour, then the hero at the front desk(she knows who she is) says " hunny I can't see you waiting like this i know you're tired, were gonna do something for you" she gave me a free water, delicious cookies, and found me a room. Massive thank you to her, the cookie maker, and the owner."

"1 bed Queen Suite was roomy and arranged well. Kitchen had all the basics you need. I liked the full size fridge and microwave instead of the typical dorm size appliances many other hotels offer. The room was also very clean."

"Overall very clean and comfortable. Moderate breakfast (bagels, cereal, oatmeal and fruit, muffins, juice, coffee/tea). No coffee maker or other appliances in the kitchenette area of room, but did have a mini fridge and prep sink. Somewhat confusing at check-in to be advised of a $100 deposit to be applied to my credit card in addition to room fee which they said would be refunded later. At checkout just the room fee appeared on the receipt. Understandable to use a held form of payment to apply possible damages, but advance deposit in this way was a first for me as an IHG member."
