We weren't sure of the location, but in general we found everything just about perfect. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room had all we could hope for: comfortable, clean and well equipped. Small suggestion: benches for sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air and view.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was it was very noisy at night. Up until 3 am there was stomping and sounded like someone moving furniture above me. Not sure what that was about but other than that it’s a nice place.

Good location to what I was in Wilmington for. The room was clean & hotel was very quiet @ night. The front desk person did a fabulous job given how busy it was & she was the only one manning the check ins & phone! Friendly staff of those I encountered.

There was a nice refrigerator and freezer. There was also a stove. The gym looked good. The door was very solid. However you can hear when ever someone opens the door because it automatically slams shut. They have coffee when you leave.
