"The stuffs are very helpful to refer seafood restaurants to me. They give water bottles everyday to guest. There is Starbucks, which provides free coffee and good coffees. They don’t provide continental breakfast."

"Parking was nice and easy. Pretty clean except the fitted sheet felt like it had sand on it. I put the bedspread back and slept on a blanket I had brought down and under a blanket I took; fearing the sheets had not been truly changed. My check in was not great. Check in wasn’t until 4:00pm so we were told to wait two hours in the lobby. Another couple came in and were checked in in just a few minutes. I ask what was the problem with my room and they told me it had not been cleaned yet. A lady that appeared to be the manager walked up looked at the computer and told her it was ready and I got to check in. The front ck in lady was friendly just uninformed by cleaning staff. The fourth floor cleaning lady was very sharp and spoked to me very rudely when I needed clean towels. I had brought our ones we had used to her and my bagged trash in the hall because I didn’t want to have my room cleaned after just the first night. After that I cleaned my own room for the remainder of my five night stay. I didn’t trust her in my room after her anger display. All the other cleaning staff on first floor were very friendly when I passed through the lobby. The pool was not fresh and clean. I would not recommend this hotel! "

"The staff is friendly and check in process was very easy. I believe the front desk lady’s name is Trinity - she was very nice and helpful. She helped me check in an hour early at 2pm. I was very tired from traveling and she definitely helped me out and made the experience positive and great! I would definitely stay at this location again."
