There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool.

Staff was amazing. Older hotel that is updating which is great. Simply not there yet.
The staff was very friendly. There was no breakfast available because of renovation. This was disappointing because it was suppose to be included. The parking was not connected to hotel. Was not aware i would have to pay for parking each day.
Everything was clean. Staff very helpful. Room was great except a walk in shower would have been better for us. Also a higher toilet would have been more adequate for us Seniors.
Our check-in was great! Stevie was so personable and happy to share info about the area.

They gave us a room across from the elevator which was being renovated the air conditioner was making crazy noises. Everything else was good and the staff was very friendly
The hotel was exceptional in all aspects. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable in all areas. I appreciate the support and understanding of the staff because mynstay was due to a family emergency. They were awesome. Thanks to everyone there
This the 2nd time thst I've stayed at the property. It was much more pleasant this time since the pandemic. The room was clean, staff welcoming, the only nitpick is that my breakfast was not according to the description and I had to ask for the arugula and avocado that should have been on it.
The hotel and room were clean and quiet but the room was very underwhelming. Not what I'd expect from a Marriott. The front desk staff told us breakfast was over at 10:30 and when we showed up at 10:05 the woman working the Bistro very rudely told us she was closed while she counted her money. So we walk to the nearest Starbucks for coffee. Parking wasnt clearly explained, but we were told we better act quick bc they ticket quickly. You can either scan to pay on your way out of the parking garage ($16 but you have to stay) or add it to your room ($20, can go in and out, and you don't need to put anything on your mirror or dash board to prove you paid like some hotels). We had to ask pointed questions to figure all of that out. The front desk staff was very nice, but they could definitely due with some training. The rooms and hotel were clean. Overall, I'd recommend staying if youre looking for a 1-2 night trip.
I can’t believe this place has a 8.4 score. This is my trusted site for reading reviews and I was steered wrong this time. Service was mediocre at best. The rooms are very small and oddly shaped, we struggled to figure out how to open 2 carryons and not trip over them. The sink handles leaked and made a mess on the counter and you can hear everything happening in the rooms next door. The people were not loud, just no insulation. The bed was relatively comfortable and the room clean (mostly) but it wasn’t a 8+ property.
Rooms and check in were great but avoid the bar. The man working there during our stay was very rude and disrespectful. We sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for service. When he finally emerged from the back he began lecturing us for "scuffing up his floors". There was no wet floor signs and the bar was open another hour. We found another place down the street that was happy to serve us.
