Wonderful property. Very friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant makes a mean breakfast burrito. This property is very dog friendly. The only problem I had was the person above me was very heavy footed and had a dog and I could hear them walking around all night so try to get a room on the third floor.

If you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront.

Absolutely beautiful. Came with my two children for the night . The room was beautiful and well prepared. The outside area is very peaceful both at nighttime and in the morning.
