The front desk person did not have the attitude of helping to get my request granted (finding a phone charger to borrow) they only answered no and didnt offer any other potential solution. Housekeeping passed the buck to the front desk! Also, they were Very abrupt about keeping the stub for checked bags insinuating that we couldnt get our bags back if we didnt have the ticket."

"The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. The room…he told us it had a ’few upgrades.’ Meaning new curtains, I think. Furniture was worn and dated; same with the fixtures. It reminded me of an old camp on a lake. That being said, the room was very clean, the beds were comfy, and we had control over the temperature, which is a must for me.
