Good morning. I am sorry to hear your stay was not satisfactory. We strive for excellent guest satisfaction and I apologoze that due to this issue, this was not met. Unfortunately, we are an outdoor property, and occasionally , just like in our homes, this does happen. Hence, the reason we may need to have spray. Also, we are pet friendly and all rooms with pets are treated as well before the next guests arrival. As for a refund, you booked 3rd party, and they would need called to refund your stay. Good morning Mindy. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately our entire property is non smoking so guests do have to smoke outside. I am so sorry if this effected your stay. I have directed this to upper Management though to hopefully point us towards a resolution - possibly smoking on the patio area only.
