"We were caught off guard as we thought this was a typical hotel. It was run more like an air b&b.
You get a code to the main entrance and your room. Our room was a bit difficult to find as we had to go down, then past a bar and the gym before entering another locked door to access our room.
Our room was nicely decorated and clean, but we surprised by the waterbed. And the barn door that covers either the bathroom or the shower - and the glass shower didn’t have a door.
We also didn’t expect the room to be half basement and at street level where we could hear people walking by. Noise wasn’t a big problem as it was pretty quiet after the bar restaurant closed.
I wouldn’t say it was necessarily bad. Just not what we expected, and really not for us."
