I mistakenly reserved a room saying I would pay at the desk. Then deciding to pay online I thought that I needed to do another reservation. Not realizing that I had created 2. When I read my email of the itinerary I realized there was 2 reservations. I called Expedia right away and was told that they would cancel the reservation but that I would have to speak to the hotel. Called them and they said they had not received your cancellation and they could do nothing til you sent them the cancellation. So upon arrival I did ask them they said they had still not received your cancellation notification so they could do nothing. So that meant I was paying for the same room same night. Almost 200.00 and I got the runaround both by Expedia and the hotel. It was obvious I made a mistake. Why would I make 2 reservations for the same room. I would like a full refund please. I'll be waiting for your response
