Good Location with food nearby, but this hotel was severely understaffed (only one person working in the entire hotel at 6 pm on Saturday) with an undertrained front desk attendant. After a long day at Busch Gardens, our hungry family of six tried to check into our two rooms, which I had booked online days in advance. We received one set of room keys, and the attendant said that our two rooms were connected. I should have known then that this interesting new way of occupying two rooms with keys to only one room was too good to be true. The room had a door to the connected second room, but it was locked. Back I went to the front desk to wait. Received keys to the adjoining room, opened the door, and inside I found other people's belongings! Back to the front desk to wait. The front desk person was neither surprised nor disturbed by the fact that this error had occurred. After an extended wait, the attendant called the manager for assistance with the problem, and we were given keys to two different rooms. One of the room's keys worked, and the other did not. Back to the front desk to wait. Finally, I received the working keys to the second room and relayed to the family to vacate the single room on the fourth floor, where they had been waiting for well over an hour. I chose this hotel based on excellent reviews, but it ultimately proved to be a disappointment.
