"Clean room and great service"

"I guess you get what you pay for bad area dirty room. As soon as you walk in the whole room smells of cigarettes poor up keep of the rooms that rarely get clean i found blood on the dresser and a hard bed with thin blankets and pillows. Only positive is it was cheap and staff where quick to check you in and out."

"We only stayed for one night but we definitely plan to come back! The Delta King is a boat and it’s pretty cool! It’s on the river in the middle of old Sacramento. The front desk people are very friendly and valet was very easy to use, I highly suggest using the valet. The rooms are tiny but remember it’s an old historical boat. We were there for a concert so we really only were in the room to sleep. But there is so much to do and see around the Delta King you’re not going to want to just sit in the room. It was also very clean!!! I was actually surprised at how clean the room was for being a boat. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the AC and I’m sure if we had asked the front desk they would have helped us but we didn’t even need it since it was a cold day anyways and I’m always cold lol. But seriously it was a great stay!"

"Room was clean. Location of hotel was convenient to places we intended to visit. Beds were very uncomfortable. Elevator was broken. Parking was $18/day, ins and out allowed. First come first serve, parking is not guaranteed when you return. I paid for parking, the spaces were tiny! Very inconvenient. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. I will not be staying here again in the future. "

"Very noisy inside. The walls and doors are thin enough to hear the people in the room next to you cough or lift the toilet seat. The sound of doors opening and closing or people talking in the hallways all throughout the night will be sure to keep you up. If not that, then the highway noise will probably do it."

"Very nice, safe hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was fast. The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant. The only negative is having to pay $4 for a bottle of water in the room."

"This was a rough stay. Upon arrival multiple unhoused individuals sleeping in front of motel office. While I was checking in one of the hotel guests left their room and walked through the parking lot completely topless in front of my 3 very young children. Our room was somewhat recently renovated but completely covered with hair from previous guests. The bedding, floor and bathroom all covered with different lengths and shades of hair. Really gross. There were screws missing from the shower door so it would just swing around loudly whoever you opened the shower door, shampoo dispenser empty. Had to keep my kids away from the outlet in the room that was hanging off the wall with wires exposed. Toilet gasket in poor repair so the upper tank wouldn’t fill, had to fiddle with that multiple times to get the toilet to flush. Staff was fine but nothing was done to resolve any of these problems during our stay. Rly poor experience."
