"WiFi was great, clean room and lovely reception staff. You could hear people in the corridor but not in the rooms adjacent to yours, which was nice. The restaurant seemed to have a decent flow of people throughout the hours of service. The only problem I encountered was at 9.15, when the cleaning staff knocked on my door (as I was changing) and let themselves in to ask if I was checking out that day. I responded by saying, yes by 10am and they just left. Other than that, lovely trip, would highly recommend!"

"Room was okay on arrival, went to grab a drink of the complimentary water and seal was broken and half drunken. Most infuriating was noises generated from flushing the toilet sounded like a siren, woken during the night from the same sound from what i assume was another room."

"The room they gave me was like something out of the 70’s. Heating didn’t work which they knew as there was already an oil filled radiator in the room. Had to ask for another as the room was so cold. No change of room offered at reception. Bathroom sink would not drain and I was left with what is in the photo. Still hadn’t rained when I checked out 3 hours later. Don’t stay here if this is how they treat paying customers. "
