"Great staff at check-in. Several options for complementary breakfast and was kept full clear up till 930 inside pool was up and running but cold children still enjoyed it no hot tub available. Extended our one night stay to three nights."
"The staff were very friendly. One of the housekeepers asked if they could assist me when I was struggling with the luggage cart. They had e-mailed me there was a problem with the room I requested, so they made a reservation at a hotel nearby. I did not get the email. They made it right and we got the requested room. "
"The ONLY complaint i have is that they must have their temps set wrong in the pool room and the pool temp. It was like walking into a suana in the room and the pool water temp was as hot as a hot tub. No lie! Due to having the grandbabies visit we swam anyways but swim long and the gurls kept getting out and cooling off by standing ubder the shower in cold water. Lol Breakfast was great and way more options than the typical continental breakfast. "
"This hotel has been entirely renovated, and is great! The location is perfect in downtown Battle Creek, and is walkable from restaurants and the train station. The bed was super comfortable. On the top floor there is a bar with a fabulous view of Battle Creek. I will definitely make this my hotel of choice when returning to Battle Creek."
