"I used to stay at this hotel monthly. I have since moved to the area and now when my family come to visit they stay here. The elevator never works which is really inconvenient trying to get kids up and down from the top floor several times a day. I am not sure why they would even use the rooms on the top floors knowing the elevator doesn't work or is on the brink of not working. Other than that breakfast is great. The staff is great. It's just the elevators! "

"This was a beautiful brand new hotel. The balcony looking out over the Marina was a gorgeous view. The buffet breakfast had soo many choices and it was all fresh and made in-house. All the staff we encountered were very nice. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The staff were very friendly, the hotel was constantly being cleaned of the water from the pool and beach. The waterfront restuarant was good and had great views. "

"No notice the outdoor pool and slide was closed for updates. Prepaid then got the message. AC didn’t work, but doesn’t qualify as an emergency. "

"Rooms are clean, Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is at the stage where it needs a little refreshing. It was close to the places we needed to be and it was a good value for the rate we paid."

"Very convenient location .We walked to get pizza for lunch and then soft serve ice cream at ice cream and candy shop . Staff was very welcoming and smiling . Property need some renovation. Having car infront of the room is a great feature on this property. We had a great experience for our family getaway weekend . Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something low key southern vibe with sea shells 😊"
