All the furniture was hung crookedly on the walls, and the "repairs" throughout the room were clearly improvised and unprofessional. The bathroom was even worse: the toilet was loose/wobbly, and the shower head wouldn't stop dripping all night. To top it off, the air conditioning emitted a foul smell whenever it was turned on. I wouldn't recommend staying here until management performs some serious renovations."

"The pictures are deceptive. Calling this a Resort & Spa feels laughable. It's an older hotel and feels a bit rundown. My A/C barely worked while others that stayed said their rooms were frigid. Staff was very nice. Best part of the hotel was the courtyard."

"Room was ok - bedside lights didn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work, we woke up every morning congested, the pull out bed (for our kiddo) was terrible, the room only had 2 towels.. we booked this hotel as it said it was really family and kid friendly but the rooms have sliding barn doors for the bathroom and so our two year old was constantly slamming that door open and closed (we tried to block the door but it was hard to keep him away). Overall we also found the room quite small. In future we will probably book elsewhere"
