The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options! Room was comfy and spacious. Area has lots of shopping and dining options but all the shops close down by 6 so plan accordingly. Staff was very nice.
