"Excellent, very helpful staff. A super room (we were upgraded) with sinks in the large bedroom and the WC. Up-to-date, but with beautiful wood joinery. Fine breakfast, with a gluten-free option. Elevator and library and a good location a few hundred yards from the main square. No restaurant, but there are many others nearby, including at their partner Hotel Romantic Santis on the main square. Has a same-day laundry service. "Absolutely AMAZING views, comfortable rooms, and easy parking (an amazing amenity after being in larger towns in Germany & Austria!). There was some construction being done on the restaurant and community room, but there was a free breakfast provided for kloster guests at a nearby hotel. For dinner, take a short drive over to Ristorante Pizzeria Sapori for some amazing Italian food, and the most lovely restaurant owners!"

"What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...
