"From the perspective of 2 seniors, the Loft required far too many stairs, so they should have posted an "Accessibility Advisor". The view was great, however the electrical was highly outdated. A telltale sign is electrical outlet bars, and a lack of fans, particularly in the bathroom, so we had to run the A/C at a low temp (65 F) all nite. The location of the TV was a bit obtuse. "My wife and I have traveled all over the continent and this might’ve been the greatest stay we’ve had! Our room was awesome, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. The falls were within walking distance and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. "Overall a very enjoyable stay, no complaints. If I had to get nitpicky the jet tubs they have are a little loud and its takes awhile to fill the tub. You could practically swim in the bed and the hosts were very lovely. This place is fantastic if you enjoy interacting with others over breakfast and conversing. I would highly recommend the place."
