"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out. At that point they moved us to 41st floor wish we started out in 41st floor as it was newly renovated would have given full 5 starts if we started out on this floor no issues after. "

"They have served freshly made breakfast, along with fruits and freshly brewed coffee. They also have a waffle making spot that is really good for waffle lovers. Their site amenities like indoor pool and gym are also a plus! Internet is fast and easily accessible. We availed the king size suite with separate living room. Our room was clean and smells fresh upon arrival. It has a lot of space and includes dining table/chairs, microwave and fridge. The area is quiet too thus a good spot to rest. It’s also a short walking distance from the amusement park/street. "

"Booked over March break, so it was as busy as we expected. A pleasant surprise was arriving early for the water park, and being able to check in 2 hours early with no additional charge. The room was dated, but was clean and the beds comfortable. The fridge was a definite bonus. Our room overlooked an indoor courtyard, which the kids enjoyed. It was quite noisy until about 10:30pm, but that wasn't an issue for us. Parents not parenting their kids (running around the upper level overlooking the courtyard, banging on windows and doors) was unfortunate, but that was on the parents not the hotel. The real big downfall was the attached restaurant, Perkins. It was slow, and the food was horrible. Avoid at all costs."

"Hotel was ideal for our needs. location and view from our room, of Niagara Falls was unsurpassed. But $50 a day to park our car leaves a really bad taste! Apparently most of the hotels close to the Falls charge this and more."
