"Stayed here for a night while visiting Niagara Falls, and would have stayed longer if we could. The building is absolutely beautiful and the room was an unexpected surprise, it had grand elegance Bridgerton feel, while at the same time, made you feel at home. Breakfast was exquisite and every staff member was so kind and friendly. Our entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was 10/10. We will absolutely stay here again."

Verder was het een beetje gedateerd en moesten we ver lopen voor een zwembad, winkels etc. Al met al voor ons leuk voor een keer, maar helaas wel de laatste keer."

"The charge was much higher than the reservation amount shown on the app. I asked for a detailed breakdown, but they didn't provide a printed document; they only showed it on their tablet. I ended up paying $125.00 more than the reservation I had made, and there was no clear reason for the charge. They need to improve the cleanliness of the rooms."

"Thank you for a quick unexpected night stay at the Brock. The staff was beyond helpful- let me stay until mid afternoon on day of checkout as our car broke and we were waiting for a fix. Clean modern room felt cozy and bed was comfy. Many bars restaurants and food option within walking. Outside crowded bc of the falls but inside my room was great- had view of the falls from our bedroom. Reasonable choice and right across the street from niagra falls- was able to walk them in the morning. Staff...
