"We had a wonderful stay at The Sterling Inn. We forgot a corkscrew and the front desk had one we could borrow. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We love staying at this hotel."

"clean and spacious, friendly staffs"

"I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!"

"The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing and the hospitality was good. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend"

"Although the location is a little away from the falls, I actually loved how quiet and peaceful it was. From the moment we checked in, every staff we encountered was so kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was just as wonderful as everyone had said. It was full of the warmth and love of a grandmother's home cooking, and the taste was simply beyond words. Even the fact that guests are asked about their preferences in advance at check-in shows how much...

"Nice large clean room, tub was also nice and spacious. Breakfast was good."

"Had amazing experience super good experience everything was good just wish the Advil vendor only toke coins rest of them you can tap but other wise me and my girlfriend had a great time"

"Location was key. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Parking great."

"The room, lobby and property were clean , front desk staff were excellent, the breakfast was one of the better continental breakfast’s I’ve had recently. We’ve stayed here once a year for the past 10 years and we will most likely continue to do so. Also , I’ve noticed there are more picnic tables and garbage cans in the area where the dogs can do their business. This is very much appreciated !"

"Everything was good but one of the towels in the bathroom was stained"

"Tommy was so friendly!!! The room was clean and comfortable! Close to the falls and Clifton hill! We would go back!"
