I enjoyed the personal touches, ambience the friendliness of staff and the opportunity to select pre breakfast items each morning. The location was quiet and close to shops and short drive to the lake. I would love to visit again soon! Thank you to staff and our wonderful chefs for an excellent weekend.

The exterior and grounds need some attention! Also, small items like the availability of an ice bucket and a firepit would be nice. Also, the room picture showed a fireplace, but it did not appear to be functional.

The attention to detail at the property was excellent. The grounds were peaceful. The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was lacking. Not worth the money for the room itself. We couldn't get a good night's sleep. It was definitely a very small space. We felt claustrophobic. We paid for a room with Queen bed (per Expedia description) and got a double instead that you could barely walk around in. Tiny room.. I would be open to their other options, but would never consider room #6 again. Everything else was great.

Old historic home that has been renovated inside. Updated bathrooms and beds in each room, yet keeps the historic theme. Lots of outdoor space to relax in the shade. Excellent breakfast my wife has allergies and chef made her an individual breakfast that was superb. Can’t recommend this terrific B&B enough.

Whole experience was just amazing. The welcome on arrival, breakfast tray, breakfast itself. The rooms. Just wow. The chef was simply amazing in her breakfast dishes. Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not to be missed.

I really cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The communication from the Inn before check-in was excellent, the orientation very helpful, and all of the staff were excellent. The chef made an amazing breakfast accommodating our dietary restrictions and service during the meal was excellent. There is a great coffee shop nearby that just opened and is within walking distance. Yvonne's restaurant recommendations were superb, and the NOTL main street is 12 minutes away by car. Perfect location. Thank you, Woodbourne Inn! See you next time.

Amazing Bed and Breakfast Inn

Everything was amazing. Everything. The only negative was the tiny size of our room that made it a bit uncomfortable. It was difficult to move around. We would have selected a larger room had we known about the size prior to arrival. So be aware of this issue and ask. Other than this minor issue, we really felt like royalty.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience on the second night. at about ten pm we started hearing thump thump thump of music from base. it was vibrating through our pillows etc. it got louder. about 11.30 we called the concierge (he was at another property). don't know if he did anything. never called back. when i went outside i could tell it was coming from a neighbours property which i told the concierge. it finally stopped at about 1 am. we were the only people at the inn. no staff.. also when i went outside the front door was unlocked, while there is a sign saying the premises are locked up in the evening. we would like a refund for one of our night's stay. rod chisholm

We, mother and daughter from Japan enjoyed every minute of our stay at Woodbourne Inn. Warm welcome, beautiful place, great breakfast, and so on. A winery with an excellent restaurant is within walking distance.
