"I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just space rooms out!! Have security at least in place and a number to call for after hours! All of this did not sit well! Cant say I will be rushing back and even though I found my room quaint and clean. I just like and very prefer present accountable staff and or a number to call in case of emergencies and if any troubles! ((Don't we all as normal human beings!) Plus for a suite there were minimum pillows! And zero Kleenex for sniffles. Like I say...no rushing back for this guy. (Unless they fix the care and attentiveness and security level)."
