Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. "This is a favourite stop-off point for us. Great beers on tap and lovely outside deck to enjoy them when the weather is sunny. Good varied breakfast but many items missing on this Friday we were here; fine on the Saturday. A kettle in the room would be welcome and a bathroom door that is much less noisy. Parking is sadly no longer free and we spent an hour vainly trying to load the App. Staff were very friendly. "
