the first time and last time !!!

The hotel was closed on arrival at 10:02 p.m. ... after a long discussion we were checked in .... they informed us that they had no telephone number from us and therefore could not contact us beforehand ... a joke! The double room was clearly too expensive for the price of 131 euros plus an additional 4.50 euros tourist tax without breakfast for 2 nights ... smelled of mold and was cold on arrival. There are better overnight stays in the surrounding area ... we don't sleep there anymore ... the hotel is very old.

Etwas für eine Nacht...

Es ist okay. Für ein Wochenende würde ich hier bleiben, aber länger nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind super und freundlich vor allem wird hier auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Ansonsten würde dem Hotel mal eine Renovierung gut tun. Alle Zimmer sind unabhängig von eine Zentralen Klima bis 18 Grad klimatisiert. Man kann die gewünschte Temperatur selbst wählen. Das Frühstück ist dem Hotel entsprechend angemessen. Bei meiner Übernachtung war ein Unwetter mit Starkregen und Gewitter. Bei meinem Zimmer kam das Wasser ca. 30 cm in den Raum rein, da die Türe offensichtlich nicht ordentlich abdichtet.

Freunde besucht in Wiener Neustadt

Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit absolut ausreichend.Sehr sauber.Sofa sehr hart. Leider wurde der Boden ,bei dem Gewitter, um die Tür nass.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Es war für diesen Preis absolut ok.

Hotel na jedną noc w podróży. Na minus łóżka niezbyt wygodne, brudno zarówno w hotelu jak i w pomieszczeniu gdzie można zjeść śniadanie. Plusy dobra lokalizacja blisko autostrady, dobre śniadanie.
