"Hotel centralissimo, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nessun mezzo per visitare quello che ci interessava, camere praticamente nuove, credo siano state rinnovate forse da un paio di mesi e personale molto gentile, se dovessi tornare a Cracovia prenoterei nuovamente ad occhi chiusi. "

"クラクフ中央駅から旧市街に向かう際の旧市街の入口、聖フロリアン門から徒歩30秒のところにあります。 チャルトリスキ美術館の隣ということもあり、ダビンチの名画から100mも離れていないところに宿泊できる、などと考えてしまいました。 オフシーズンだったこともあり、朝食込みでリーズナブルに宿泊できました。 部屋は広くはないものの、清潔で使い勝手も良く、とても心地よい滞在となりました。 特筆すべきは朝食で、チーズや魚を使った前菜のような品が6-10種類程度が日替わりで並びます。ジャム、スイーツ、チーズ、パン、お茶の種類も多く朝から楽しめました。 スタッフもフレンドリーで色々と協力的で助かりました。 クラクフに滞在する際はまた利用させて頂きます。"

"Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, besonders die Lage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Fussläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Das Zimmer, trotz Zentrumnähe war ruhig und sauber. Kritik geht an das Frühstück. Keine Eier, Brötchen, Speck oder körniger Frischkäse, wie man es gerade aus Polen kennt, nichts. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, Marmelade und Butter aus Portionsbehältern, aber man wird satt. Kaffee gibt’s aus dem Automaten und der schmeckt gut. Unterkunft ist sehr zu...

"The Hotel was excellent. Spacious room, friendly staff and the restaurant was great for dinner at night. We couldn’t have breakfast, unfortunately, due to our early departures each and every morning."

"The hotel was excellent. It was lovely and clean, aswell as being very comfortable. It was lovely and warm too. The staff were excellent and very helpful if you needed anything. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was only a short 7/10 minute walk to the Christmas Market too. The location is great and everything is within walking distance. "

"Clean good size room. Bed came down from the ceiling. Great location walkable to the main sites. Having a drinking water facility in the lobby with water jugs to take to your room was very helpful "

"A very clean hotel with easy check in and friendly staff. The rooms are a decent size and well equipped. Breakfast tends to be a little repetitive if staying for 3 days and over however the food quality was good. "

"A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure. Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But...
