Nice location, big rooms, modern. Everything would have been very good if it wasn't for the very cold room (16,4 degrees). And no person working there, so of course no one to fix the problem. A very cold night!

Was not a fan of the unattended check-in. There are no employees available at the check-in lobby and it is all done on a self-serve kiosk that eventually dispenses your room keys. The room was great, and the breakfast even better! Wide variety of choices to eat, and the self-serve espresso machine was appreciated.

Everything was amazing! Only problem were the sockets in the wall, which were narrow and regular devices like a laptop charger or a hairdryer couldn’t be inserted. Other than that, especially for the price point, there are no complaints!

Automatic checkin worked fine. Room average but ok+. Industrial area but a very nice wine bar 100 m from the hotel. Breakfast ok but a lot of flies on the meat and cheese (not covered).

This is quite decent hotel in a quiet yet secluded area of a small town. The food, ambiance and service in the adjacent restaurant were great. The fully digital check in worked very well. However, in case of any complications, there is no WiFi connection available in the lobby. For anyone using a non European smartphone via WiFi (to avoid expensive Swiss data roaming), there is no way to get in touch with a local support if any urgent issues arise with the check in. Our more concerning experience is around safety/security (or lack of). During our dinner at the hotel restaurant, we were bullied by two (possibly intoxicated) men who scared us and brought our children to tears. We felt unprotected in this zero staff hotel. The restaurant was practically empty, the only other person there was the waitress. What is one to do in the case of danger? Not a family oriented/friendly place.

Ich hatte keine hohen Erwartungen an das Hotel. Aber die Klimaanlage hat im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten 30 Grad im Zimmer nachts! Das Hotel ist ein Brutkasten aus Glas und dann das. Das kleine Fenster zu öffnen hat da nichts gebracht. Bitte dringend die Klimaanlage zum Laufen bekommen sonst kann man hier nicht übernachten. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer für den Preis ganz modern und angenehm.
