Great stay

Lovely hotel. Food was very much fine dining so no options if that is not to your taste. Catered well for children although high chairs could do with straps! Lovely room and exceptional views from the balcony. Pool was small but nice.

There is not enough I can say about this property. It is stunningly beautiful. Location is extraordinary. Every single experience from walking through the door to check out were second to none. The staff were beyond excellent. The room was absolutely one of the best I have stayed in. The views from the property can't be beat. This is a property you go to for an experience. Highly recommend.

Wunderbare Oase zum Ausspannen, leider aber mit gewissen Abstrichen, die in einem 5-Sterne Haus zu erwarten sind. Dies insbesondere beim House-Keeping, das lieblos und sehr oberflächlich ist. Ebenso wäre wünschenswert, dass mehr "adults-only"-Zeit im Spa wäre, da es bei den vielen Kindern keinerlei Entspannungs-Potenzial hat. Hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich professionelle und zuvorkommende Team, und zwar in allen Bereichen. Ebenso Top-Niveau das kulinarische Erlebnis und insbesondere das Käse-Buffet abends (ein echtes Erlebnis!).

Super Service zu einem doch hohen Preis. Leider war im Wellness Bereich der Pool zu kühl, es war praktisch niemand im Wasser, die Sprudeldüsen und die Massagedüsen wurden nicht benutzt.. dann besser ganz abstellen als ein paar Grad sparen.. Das Essen war super, ein riesengrosses Käsebuffet hat das Menu abgerundet.

A very relaxing stay with wonderful gourmet restau

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. A very comfortable hotel with helpful, friendly staff and a wonderful gourmet restaurant. We travelled by train and walked to the hotel which is next to a ski slope so we were able to enjoy the spa as we watched the skiers and admired the majestic mountains surrounding the hotel. Our room was very comfortable with amazing views.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel ist aber extrem überteuert. Die haben eines Junior Suite gebucht, was in anderen europäischen 5Sterne Hotels eher eine Deluxe Doppel Zimmer wäre. Das Zimmertemperatur konnte nicht reguliert werden, so haben wir die ganze Nacht wegen extremer Hitze im Zimmer nichts geschlafen. Ich schätze die Temperatur lag bei etwa 28°. Die Badelandschaft besteht aus einer einzigen Warmwasserbecken, welches lauwarmes Wasser hat. Das Essen im Restaurant ist eher für Gourmetliebhaber geeignet. Für umgerechnet 400 € inkl. Wein haben wir sechs Mini Gänge erhalten. Service Top / Aussicht Top / Suite flop und überteuert

Der Spa und Pool bereich ist extrem heruntergekommen und veraltet, kein Service am Pool , ich habe auf 2 wasser 50 Minuten warten müssen die ich selbst innen am Empfang bestellten musste , Es ist alles andere als eine Erholung im Poolbereich, dazu kommt auch noch das es viel zu voll war. Für so viel Geld ist es das hotel auf keinen Fall wert ,vor allem wegen der Spa Bereich.

Séjour fantastique à Lenk. Hôtel de prestige avec 2 restaurants gastronomiques (formule à 96 CHF par personne). Personnel à la hauteur. Spa complet. Piscine extérieure avec vue, et quelle vue ! Cadre naturel de carte postale helvétique.

Tolles Hotel - wellness- und kulinarischmässig

Freundlicher Empfang, zuvorkommendes Personal von A-Z, sehr gutes Essen (mit tollem Auswahl-Konzept), auch viele regionale Produkte (generell, und speziell auch beim Zmorgebuffet) - alles ansprechend präsentiert -, angenehmes Zimmer (Cosy Junior Suite) mit schöner Aussicht in die faszinierende ländliche Gegend mit den hübschen Chalet-Häuschen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit 5 Sternen

Super Service im ganzen Haus. Schöne Wellness-Anlage - aufgrund Covid-19 leider nur eingeschränkt benutzbar. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Essen am Abend in sehr gediegenem Rahmen mit einem ausgezeichneten Service.

bitter souvenir

Sauna opens only at lunch time and as check out time is 12.00h on the last day they do not allow you anymore to use the Spa after lunch so you loose a full day. what a waste of time and money. Spa area is nice and well organised. but very disappointed that you can not even use it on day of departure anymore. Hotel will loose a lot of clients. this experience left me a bitter souvenir. I won't return to this place
