"Quick family weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and bigger than expected. Very close to stores and coffee shops. Free breakfast was great! Centrally located to get to NYC within less then a half hour depending where you are going. Overall great stay and will stay here again. "

"The elevator situation was dismal as there were three small elevators serving a 44 story building. during peak usage times (i.e. midmorning near check out time) waits for an elevator exceeded 5 minutes and once on an elevator filled to capacity it continued to stop at nearly every floor extending the time to get to the ground floor. On our last day it took us well over ten minutes to go from floor 22 to the ground floor. Bathroom doors are poorly designed and do not close completely. The staff did every thing within there power to make guests happy/"

"Pros: Perfect location near Times Square and 42nd St Station. Quiet and convenient. Cons: The room needs significant improvement. We had very few hangers, tiny toiletries (we had to buy our own soap at Target), and only two towels. Housekeeping was a major issue; one night we returned to find our bed stripped and sheets left on the floor, despite not requesting service. When we alerted the front desk, they were unhelpful and told us to just leave the pile on the floor as no one was available to help. I expected much better service for the price."

"At check in, the system had been down for 2 hours and they were not able to check in any guests and did not have another plan but to keep waiting. After an additional 30 mins they started checking in the guests manually. The staff was very pleasant and tried to accommodate peoples needs (like holding people’s bags in a locked space, offering bottles water, etc) but this should not take 2.5 hrs to figure out? The room was fine, there were stains on the wall and showed signs of wear and tear. Walls are thin, can clearly hear the people talking on adjacent rooms and hallway. Overall it was fine, but would not return. "
