Staff was good and friendly. Shower didn't work, couldn't change the temperature. Bed was uncomfortable and loud when i moved. Also wasnt happy waking up at 4:00 in the morning to a domestic dispute in the hallway from other guest.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. It was a sufficient place to sleep after a long day on the road. The breakfast was barely enough to say there was a breakfast, as the coffee tasted old and was warm, another guy said the decaf was cold, there were only 3 packets of oatmeal, barely enough milk for cereal, and absolutely nothing fresh or available for a guest with dietary needs... and we were the first people at the breakfast area, with nobody visible to restock anything. Waffle maker was about the only thing that seemed hot and ready, but there was only syrup as a topping. It worked, but we still needed to go elsewhere for breakfast. Not great, but good enough for sleeping.

Current owners have definitely tried to renovate and improve property, but still falls short of my expectations based on the pictures online. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very continental, but served its purpose. Price reflects hotel condition.

Stayed one night on our way through to Eureka, Ks. Room was clean. Breakfast is grab and go as no sit down, but that's to be expected at this price point. I would stay again. Communication via email regarding stay was great. Several emails before and after our stay.

It’s always a great stay in El Dorado at the Super 8. Fast and friendly check in. My dog is always welcome.The room is always clean. It’s my preferred place to stay.

Excellent customer service by Dawn at the front desk! Very Friendly and was able to help with my issues with booking and was so very grateful! Property and hotel very clean and well kept. No breakfast in the morning as there was an issue with someone didn’t show up to provide otherwise would definitely stay again

This Super 8 has a large parking area to the side for semi-trucks and RV's, and some eating options nearby so we don't have to detach the pulled car. It would be excellent if the entrance/exit where the RV's are parked weren't quite so low. Our 1-king room was better than previous times here.

This hotel was the best compared to the other hotels around the area. The walls are thin so you may hear a tv through the walls. That’s my only complaint. It is in a good area with dining options and a Walmart near by. It was great for the price.

Affordable

Needed an inexpensive place to crash for the night before heading into Wichita - did the job. Was is amazing? Was it the best hotel ever? No. But it was affordable, clean enough and exactly what we needed for a night. Breakfast was less than ideal - actually skipped as very limited options. The walls are thin and you can hear everything around you; but for 12 hours it was fine.
