"I was skeptical reading the other reviews recently, but I’m really glad we chose to stay here for a night, after going to a White River Amphitheater concert. Check-in around 5pm was so smooth (wasn’t charged the $60 cash deposit even though we had it ready) and we were unexpectedly upgraded from a queen to a king bed in an spacious ADA accessible room because there must have been vacancies. It was quiet and clean. My boyfriend loved the breakfast options: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit...

"It is the only motel I have ever stayed in that did not have water glasses and facial tissue. The room was reasonably clean - the sheets were clean, but had a big bleach spot on them, and did not fit well. The unit had not been maintained well, e. g. there were scrapes on the inside walls. The last straw was the $50 cash deposit. I do not usually carry that much cash, but fortunately I had it that day."
