"Gordon’s guest house was lovely. The room was clean and warm and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee after a day’s walking. Breakfast was great cereals toast full English . Host was friendly and looked after us well. 2 mins away from town. Highly recommend to stay if you’re in Wimborne."

"The room was very clean. The building itself is very old but is kept in a very clean condition. The staff were friendly, attentive nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good as there was so many gluten free options to choose from and it was cooked to perfection. Parking was at the back of the hotel and felt safe at all times. This is an Ideal location for visiting the town with so much choice of places to eat. "

"Trefor the manager was great. Very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was bright and clean. The facilities were great. The bed was comfortable. The bar and restaurant were nice and I enjoyed the live music and quiz night."

"Lovely historic hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff, good food and bar, easy parking. All great. Only suggestion for improvement was brighter bedside lights for reading. But loved our stay!"
