We booked a unit on the last floor. Each time we opened the door we commented how wonderful the smell was - probably the best-smelling hotel room we have experienced in Canada! The Queen-sized bed was very comfortable, the Murphy bed was reasonably comfortable, but was also a cool experience for our kid. The bathtub jets were a hit with the whole family. And of course the location right above Mongolie Grill, Pizza Garden and pretty much in the middle of Whistler Village could not be any better! While the room instructions mentioned a dishwasher, this particular unit did not have one, but that was not a deal breaker for us.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. The only negative was that the air-conditioning was very loud. We didn't need to use the full convenience of stove, fridge, washer/dryer, dish washer, etc. but certainly a great place to stay.

Nette studio met goede voorzieningen. Receptie hoort niet bij de faciliteiten blijkbaar. Zijn slecht betrokken en bieden niet echt oplossingen. Opmerking: de ventilatie van het naast gelegen restaurant zou verboden moeten worden, herrie tot na middernacht als je aan de verkeerde kant zit.

Room was clean and pretty much as advertised. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on fireplace and there were no instructions anywhere. AC unit in room was so loud it could only be run when we weren’t actually in the room. Overall though a great location and a really good price for what you get. Having a small kitchen in the unit was perfect. Biggest downside was that to get secure underground parking it’s over $30 every 24 hours and the parkade is very convoluted and not well signposted as to how to get around it (it’s like being in an IKEA!).

The property has a wonderful ambience. Parking was plentiful. The room was spacious and very clean as was the toilet. The toiletries were very high end English brand. The staff were friendly and very obliging.
