"Pros: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Immediately assisted when extra coffee and conditioner was needed. Also came to fix the broken suitcase stand.
Cons: washroom door was So loud and squeaky when opening and closing! The curtains were also very squeaky! The suitcase stand was broken and unusable (but was fixed immediately) carpet was old worn down especially at the entrance."
