"Extremely congested, noisy, no available parking on second day. Staff comment “we don’t guarantee parking!” Even after paying in advance? Very limited food options, better look elsewhere in Village! NOT the expected Fairmont experience after visiting many of their properties worldwide."

"The hotel is very well maintained.. clean rooms and comfy bed. We enjoyed the location for it being quieter. Pool and hot tub are nice however small. Underground parking is nice aswell however does not accommodate large vehicles. We really enjoyed the front desk staff and appreciated a hand written welcome card and bottle of wine. We will stay here again."
