"Hotel was very nice and staff were great. Some stuff under renovations but other than the workers moving around you would not know. Shuttle drivers very helpful. "

"The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel."
